The amenities for kids exceeded our expectations with Disney-themed toiletries and slippers designed just for them. We appreciated the fresh fruits delivered daily but also enjoyed the inviting pool area that was well-maintained.

This hotel is in a super convenient spot, just a 10-minute walk from Tainan Confucius Temple and a short stroll to the park. My kids loved the outdoor pool and playground, making our family stay enjoyable and relaxing.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly meal options available at breakfast. A wider variety would definitely enhance the experience for families.

During my stay in a Deluxe King, I was surprised by how quiet the room was despite being just a few steps from vibrant shopping options and traditional food spots, making it perfect for my weekend explorations, and I can’t wait to go back for even more city walking adventures.

And the kids were in heaven, especially with the marshmallows and pastries! Plus, the spacious, quiet room was a welcomed retreat after a busy day of touring Tainan.

However, we rolled up with kids and way too many bags, and honestly, the staff didn't lift a finger to help. Such a bummer for a supposed 5-star experience! The service felt cold and distant throughout, which was unexpected for this kind of place.
